Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Des-Rez website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:

1. Price & Payment Terms

1.1 The prices displayed include VAT at the current rate.

1.2 We reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.

1.3 Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.

1.4 Goods remain the property of Des-Rez until payment is received in full.

1.5 Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and has been cleared by the bank.

2. Delivery

On placing an order we aim to dispatch your goods within two working days. We use royal mail parcel post and a courier service for heavier/larger items.

2.1 We may deliver your order as part deliveries.

2.2 If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.

2.3 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside once the goods have been signed for.

2.4 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.

2.5 For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.

3. Refunds

3.1 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.

3.2 All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

3.3 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.

3.4 Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and will not be refunded.
